Did you know that diverse teams are more creative, innovative, and better able to problem-solve? Advancing diversity is something every organization can use to its advantage, but many overlook. It means using the diversity you have within your organization, as well as recruiting an increasingly diverse workforce.

Managers know that paying attention to workforce diversity is critical—from retaining the best talent to maintaining a competitive edge and penetrating new markets. Responding to changing demographics and promoting equity in the workforce enhances organizational performance and industry reputation. Chaos Management focuses on social diversity: race, gender, ethnicity, class, culture, and sexual identity in the workplace.
