Latino Career Development |
This workshop will enable Latino/a professionals to develop the skills necessary to advance their careers. With feedback and coaching based on the individual’s career stage, we use self-assessment, visioning, and role-playing so participants can envision and plan for the future they want.
Skills developed include giving and receiving feedback, creating a support system, networking, negotiating, and assessing own strengths and weaknesses. With a vision in place, participants create an action plan to achieve their career goals and learn how to refine a professional development plan that leads to career and personal satisfaction.
