We facilitate interventions that bring individuals and groups together to resolve their conflicts by developing conflict management skills, naming and addressing their differences and enhancing collaborative strategies for action.

We design large group meetings where community representatives from the relevant sectors come together to discuss the issues, envision the future, identify common ground, and commit to action plans to resolve them.
