A: We strengthen diversity, fairness and stakeholders’ involvement in organizational decisions to get the job done better. We consult, educate, research, and advocate so that organizations become more equitable, diverse, inclusive and skillful at utilizing and managing the differences that help them make a difference in the world.

Q: What’s special about how we work?

A: We focus on differences front and center, we integrate the use of large and small group dynamics and we combine research knowledge and its application in organizations to achieve learning and results targeted to the specific group or organization.

A: Communities, organizations and groups; and the individuals who make them.
