Evangelina Holvino

Evangelina Holvino is President of Chaos Management Ltd., and a consultant and facilitator who has been working in the USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, West Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean since 1979 specializing in group and organizational approaches to social change. She was a professor at the School for International Training in Vermont, has designed and co-taught new courses at the University of Massachusetts in multicultural organization development and organization development in alternative settings, and was an adjunct faculty member at The American University where she designed and taught the course, "Group Theory and Facilitation."

She publishes articles and makes presentations on issues of race, gender, and class in organizations. Evangelina has a doctorate in organization development from the University of Massachusetts. She has served on the board of directors at the Boston Center of the A.K. Rice Institute and also NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Sciences, is a research associate with the Gast�n Institute for Latino Community Development and Public Policy, and a senior research fellow with the Center for Gender in Organizations, Simmons Graduate School of Management.
