Cases: Strengthening Hispanic leadership & career development
Throughout the course of ten years we implemented a 5-day leadership and career development workshop for Hispanics in a Fortune 500 corporation. The program combined seminars, discussions, role plays, experiential activities, and individual and collective coaching to provide an understanding of leadership skills and the cultural dynamics, which impact Hispanics in organizations.
